Recreational Acrobatics Gymnastics


Various opportunities and benefits are available through acrobat gymnastics. It teaches physical fitness, team building, communication and trust. It offers a wider age range for athletes as well as less wear and tear on a body. Great artistic expression for all gymnasts.
